Monica's 3 Pillar Roadmap

Position, Plan, and Play are the three pieces of connecting with people and converting them into customers. It's all about how you position your brand in the minds of your customers. You need to know who your customer is and they need to know why they should buy from you. What are the key benefits you offer your customer? What makes you different and unique? Position yourself for growth.

Position helps reduce any fear we have of competition. A mindset shift happens once you understand your why. 

The Importance of Showing Up Authentically

This is the north star of your business. There are three key pieces in being able to show up for our brand: clarity, confidence and courage. We must believe in ourselves and in what we're doing. Once you have these things, you can show up authentically. You unlock communication with your customer and develop community around your brand.

You're not solving problems, you're fulfilling desires. Once you know your customers' core desires, you'll be able to translate how your products fit into their lives.

Starbucks is a perfect example: they've created a "third place" in people's lives, an experience that people desire. They've used coffee as the product that gets you there.

It's really about understanding the fundamentals of your business. The keys of your business are right in front of you.
