Here's a look at what the C-Suite Program includes:

Step 1: Initial Set Up and Support

Get started with an onboarding assessment call with Ciara. This will ensure she gets all the information she needs to create the most customized, comprehensive plans for you and your business.
Setup your personalized Profit Roadmap and Inventory Strategy with Ciara. This will include a profit and cash planning strategy.
Schedule an initial in-person VIP Day with Ciara. This is a day of onboarding, discovery and program introduction. Ciara will walk you through your Profit Plan, and together you will:
- take a tour of your location
- have initial meetings with your team
- assess your current systems and processes
- work to create a 12 month roadmap that will include an inventory plan, a profit plan, and a debt payoff plan (if needed).

Step 2: Ongoing Support

Each month, Ciara will review your financials. She will give recommendations and on track/off track reviews.
You will have a weekly 30 minute, 1:1 call. Ciara will check in with you and see how plans and strategy are progressing.
You will have Voxer and email support. This will let you stay in direct contact with Ciara. Be in touch as soon as a question comes up.
Use one call each month to connect with the C-Suite team. Ciara will work with you to determine the best fit for these meetings.

LIVE Events

You will receive tickets to live events and programming throughout the year. This is the perfect way to connect with other business owners and to keep momentum going.
