Step 1: Let's Get Started

I'll have you fill out a tailored, shared workflow, set up specifically for you, so we can dive into your needs and wants for the day.

 

 

Step 2: Ciara Will Prep

I'll look at the assessment you filled out and prep and prepare for our day together. I'll then send you an agenda for the day along with a special Zoom link.

 

 

Step 3: Let's Meet

Together, we'll meet for five hours and will create your 12-month profit plan, store budget, buying budget, Profit First tool, marketing plan and anything else you need to establish a solid foundation for growth.

 

 

Step 4: Follow Up

You'll receive recordings of our day together, along with all the tools we created and a special link to book your follow up 1:1 coaching session!
