12 Month Minimum Commitment:

You acknowledge that the Inventory Mastermind requires a 12 month commitment. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the first 12 months.

Recurring Payments:

You acknowledge that payment will be collected each month for the life of the coaching relationship. Cancellations can be made after the initial 12 months via your account or by contacting us. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Inventory Genius GPT Terms of Use:

To use the Inventory Genius GPT (the “Service”), you must accept (1) the
Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), and (2) these Additional Terms of Service (the
“Additional Terms” and together with the Terms of Use, the “Terms”). The Terms of
Use are hereby incorporated by reference as if they are set forth herein. Terms that are
not defined in these Additional Terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of
Use. We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to better understand how we
collect, use, and protect your information.
DEFINITIONS
“Account” means the credentials and configuration through which you access the
Service.
“Content” means any text, images, audio, video, code, data, or other materials.
“Customer Content” means Content you or your End Users submit to the Service,
including prompts, inputs, files, and data.
“Output” means Content generated by the Service in response to Customer Content.
“Documentation” means the usage guides, policies, and specifications the Company
provides for the Service.
“End User” means an individual authorized by you to access the Service under your
Account.
“Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural
person, as defined by applicable law.
“Usage Data” means data relating to the use and performance of the Service, including
logs, metrics, and analytics.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the
Service. Alternatively, if you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian’s
permission to use the Service.
You must provide accurate, complete Account information and keep it updated. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities
under your Account.
ACCESS
You may access and use the Service, subject to your compliance with applicable laws,
the Terms, and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to
you.
ACCEPTABLE USE AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You will not (and will not permit others to):
- Use the Service in a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any
rights of any person, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
- Submit or generate Content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory,
harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise
objectionable.
- Use the Service to create, train, or improve competing models or services, or to
extract underlying components, datasets, weights, or source code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code,
model architecture, parameters, or weights, except to the extent such restriction
is prohibited by law.
- Bypass or undermine security, rate limits, content filters, or usage safeguards.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks.
- Generate or disseminate malware, spyware, or code intended to harm or
exfiltrate data.
- Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
- Misrepresent Outputs as human-generated when disclosures are required.
- Submit Personal Data or sensitive categories of data except as permitted by the
Documentation and applicable law, and only with all necessary notices and
consents.
You are responsible for: (a) Customer Content’s legality and accuracy; (b) End Users’
compliance; (c) configuring safeguards appropriate to your use case; and (d) evaluating
Outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and bias before relying on or publishing them.
OUTPUTS AND USE
Ownership. As between the parties, and subject to compliance with the Terms, you
own your Customer Content. We assign to you our right, title, and interest, if any, in the
Output generated for you, excluding our underlying models, services, and intellectual
property.
Use. You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose under the Terms. You are solely
responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of Outputs for your
use case.
Non-Exclusivity. The Service may generate similar Outputs for different users from
similar inputs. You acknowledge no exclusivity in Outputs.
Accuracy. When you use the Service, you understand and agree:
- Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on Output from the
Service as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for
professional advice.
- You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case,
including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output
from the Service.
- The Service may provide incomplete or incorrect Output that does not represent
the Company’s views. If Output references any third-party products or services, it
does not always mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with the Company.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we and our licensors retain all rights,
title, and interest in and to the Service, Documentation, models, software, and all related
intellectual property.
DATA USE, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY
Customer Content. We process Customer Content to provide and support the Service,
including quality, safety, and security purposes.
Usage Data. We may collect and use Usage Data to operate, maintain, secure, and
improve the Service and to develop new features.
Personal Data. We will handle Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Security. We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and
physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Content. You are responsible for
securing your systems, devices, and Account credentials.
Retention and Deletion. We retain Customer Content and Outputs consistent with our
retention policies and applicable law.
Government or Law Enforcement Requests. We may disclose information where
required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety
of us, our users, or the public, consistent with applicable law.
SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
We may modify, discontinue, or deprecate features or functionalities, with reasonable
notice where practicable.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable during
maintenance, outages, or for reasons beyond our control.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You are free to stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate your access to the Service or delete your account if we determine:
- You breached the Terms.
- We must do so to comply with the law.
- Your use of the Service could cause risk or harm to the Company, our users, or
anyone else.
- Your Account has been inactive for over a year.
If you believe we have suspended or terminated your Account in error, you can file an
appeal by contacting us.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
LAW, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY
OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, AND DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY
QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY
WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR
NOT LOST OR ALTERED. YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF
OUTPUTS FROM THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT
RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION,
OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
MODIFICATIONS
We may modify the Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting or
as otherwise stated. If changes materially adversely affect you, your sole remedy is to
stop using the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent
necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure
to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

Earnings Disclaimer: 

From time to time, the Company may report on the success of one of its existing or prior clients/customers. The information about this success is accurately portrayed by the Customer. You acknowledge that the prior success of others does not guarantee your success. As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning that level of success you may experience. There is no guarantee that you will make an income at all and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. The use of our information and products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that the Company is not liable for any success or failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase or use of our information, products or series on this or any of our websites.
