With Ciara's Profit Accelerator Program, you'll have a financial advisor for your business, on your team, and at your fingertips. 

Here's a look at what The Profit Accelerator Program includes:

  • To Start: An onboarding assessment to ensure we start off with all the information we need to create the most customized, comprehensive plans for you and your business
  • Month 1: (2) one hour Zoom calls where we go over the plan, budget and profit roadmap and make an action plan. These will be our launching calls to get you set up and started on your profit plan! We will work together to fully create inventory, financial, and profit plans for your business.
  • On Site Visit: Within the first 60 days I will meet you, see your operations and fine tune what we have been working on.  This visit will be in person, at no extra cost. (Within the US only, all international visits will be done virtually).  
  • Months 2-12: A monthly strategy call and a monthly financial review call to check in on how plan implementation is going, to hold you accountable, and to answer all your financial questions as they arise
  • Voxer and email support directly with me as needed
  • Personalized plans covering growth, profit, overall budget, open to buy and time budget
  • BONUS: These bonuses are included for all of my 1:1 clients
    • Membership in my top-tier, mastermind group so that you have support and accountability from a community of like-minded business owners 
    • Ticket to the LIVE Mastermind event IN Nashville June 20-22.  (travel costs not included)

Ciara will create and teach you how to implement:

  • 12 month profit projections, personalized business budget and profit plan
  • An inventory buying system and budget
  • A profit rollout plan, created specifically for your business

  • As soon as you begin the program, Ciara will dig into your current setup and financials to discover where you're missing out on profit in your business. No stone will go unturned - her goal is to discover profit opportunities so she can do her best job as your Profit Strategist.
  • Using all the information she's collected, Ciara will strategize and create your Profit Blueprint and Profit Roadmap. These will be 100% customized to your business, your business needs and your business goals.
  • For your Profit Intensive, Ciara will spend a full day with you, introducing you to the program. She'll go through your newly created Profit Blueprint and Profit Roadmap. Tailored to your business, she'll teach you how to understand and implement your new plans. You decide whether you'd like this Profit Intensive to happen in-person or virtually.
  • With your Blueprint and Roadmap in place, you'll get ongoing accountability and support. 
    • Ciara will review your financials every month
    • You'll have email and Voxer support, when you need it
    • You'll get BONUS access to Ciara's top-tier mastermind group

The accelerator program requires a 12-month commitment. Cancellation can only be requested after the first year is complete.

Recurring Payments:
