Ciara will bring not only financial strategy but will couple it will strong operational tactics to ensure that your financial strategy is implemented well over the coming year. 

Here's a look at what Ciara's C-Suite Program includes:

INITIAL SET UP AND SUPPORT:

  • An onboarding assessment call with Ciara to ensure she gets all the information she needs to create the most customized, comprehensive plans for you and your business.
  • A personalized Profit Roadmap and Inventory Strategy, including profit and cash planning strategy.
  • An initial in-person VIP Day of onboarding, discovery and introducing you to the program and working through your Profit Plan. You and Ciara will work together to fully create inventory, financial, and profit plans for your business. Take a closer look:
    • A tour of your location.
    • Initial meetings with your team.
    • An assessment of your current systems and processes.
    • Over the course of the day, you and Ciara will work together to create a 12 month roadmap that will include an inventory plan, a profit plan, and a debt payoff plan, if needed.

ONGOING SUPPORT:

  • Monthly review of financials with recommendations and on track/off track reviews.
  • Weekly 30 minute, 1:1 call: Ciara will check in with you and see how plans and strategy are progressing.
  • Voxer and email support directly with Ciara Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm as needed.
  • Up to (1) call a month with Ciara/your team as needed and up to (1) call a month with a YourC-Suite team member at Ciara's direction

  • Bi-Weekly Group Hot Seat Calls: Ciara and clients meet as a group to discuss a financial topic and bring hot seat coaching questions.
  • Weekly Benchmarking: benchmark with your peers... an essential tool to check in on how plan implementation is going, to hold you accountable, to see how you compare to other businesses.

You acknowledge that the C-Suite Program requires a 12 month commitment. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the first 12 months.

Recurring Payments:

You acknowledge that payment will be collected each month for the life of the coaching relationship. Cancellations can be made after the initial 12 months via your account or by contacting us. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
