INITIAL ONBOARDING UNIQUE TO THE ACCELERATOR PROGRAM:

  • An onboarding assessment call with Ciara to ensure she gets all the information she needs to create the most customized, comprehensive plans for you and your business.
  • A personalized Profit Roadmap and Inventory Strategy, including profit and cash planning strategy. Created for your business by Ciara
  • An initial in-person VIP Day of onboarding, discovery and introducing you to the program and working through your Profit Plan. You and Ciara will work together to fully create inventory, financial, and profit plans for your business. Take a closer look:
    • A tour of your location.
    • Initial meetings with your team.
    • An assessment of your current systems and processes.
    • Over the course of the day, you and Ciara will work together to create a 12 month roadmap that will include an inventory plan, a profit plan, and a debt payoff plan, if needed.

ONGOING SUPPORT DIRECTLY WITH CIARA:

  • Monthly review of financials with recommendations and on track/off track reviews.
  • Weekly 30 minute, 1:1 call: Ciara will check in with you and see how plans and strategy are progressing.
  • Voxer and email support directly with Ciara Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm as needed.

You acknowledge that the Accelerator Program requires a 12 month commitment. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the first 12 months.

Recurring Payments:

You acknowledge that payment will be collected each month for the life of the coaching relationship. Cancellations can be made after the initial 12 months via your account or by contacting us. Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
